Jae-gil angers Maru when he speaks negatively about Jae-hee. Eun-ki continues to work, while still a hospital patient. Maru takes his sister, Choco, to the doctor for a checkup.

Workers call for the resignation of Eun-ki. Eun-ki has injuries from a motorcycle accident. She tries to please her father by finding a heart donor for him. Eun-ki has a Barbie doll, left by her mother.

Jae-hee and Eun-ki have a verbal battle over Maru. Choco has a singing audition. Min-young and Han Jae-hee conspire against Eun-ki’s father. The dad invites Maru to their home and this upsets Jae-hee.

Maru remembers Jae-hee’s request for money. He audits the books of the resort to find lost money. Maru wants to invest in Club X to raise money. Jae-hee signs with an American company to hurt Eun-ki.

Maru romantically thinks about Eun-ki and Jan-hee. Eun-ki’s dad kicks her out, even though she tried to save the resort. Maru invites Eun-ki to stay at his house, upsetting Jae-hee. Maru feels remorse over Jae-hee and drinks.

Secretary Ahn has an old picture of Maru and Jae-hee. Eun-ki learns Maru was convicted of murder and spent time in jail. Eun-ki gets drunk and asks Maru for a wedding invitation. Jae-hee brings Eun-ki home after she passes out.

Maru discovers bruises on Eun-ki. He also finds a picture that is the same as one owned by Jae-hee. Jae-hee pretends to be abused by her brother. Maru pretends she is telling the truth.

Maru pushes Eun Ki away as she begs to be with him during an encounter. A violent car crash creates devastating consequences for the future and leaves two people with serious injuries.

Eun Ki is happy to find Maru again as she continues to recover. Maru furiously rushes to save Eun Ki from Jae Sik after he attempts to take her away.

Maru saves Eun Ki from Jae Sik but he scolds her for being naive enough to believe a lie. Eun Ki surprises everyone with her appearance during Jae Hee's moment at a major event.

Jae Hee reveals that she was behind Jae Sik's actions toward Eun Ki. Maru talks to Jae Gil about his feelings for Eun Ki as he contemplates taking her somewhere else.

Maru faces serious charges but he confronts Jae Hee about her role in the situation. Still recovering from her medical condition, Eun Ki unexpectedly leaves the hospital and Maru finds her nearby.

Eun Ki struggles to remember Maru as he rescues her from becoming involved in an accident. Jae Hee makes a statement concerning Eun Ki but there may be another reason for her sudden change.

Eun Gee's old flame returns, threatening Ma Roo's hold on Tae San.

Eun Gee begins to recovers bits and pieces of her memory while Ma Roo finds life has dealt him a fatal blow.

Having recovered her memory, Eun Gee tests those are around her, unable to trust anyone, including Ma Roo.

As Eun Gee tries to forget Ma Roo, Ma Roo declares his love for Jae Hee to protect the one he truly loves.

Secretary Hyun's sudden accident reaffirms Eun Gee's determination to get to the bottom of the conspiracy behind her father's scandal.

Ma Roo's head injury sends him to the hospital, and in the process makes things right.
