Landlords Terry Sartin and Helen Miller both have one thing in common, they're both stuck with the same nightmare tenant who's not paying them rent!

Ben has been living in a squalid, flat for 5 years. Riddled with damp, mould and bed bugs it's now causing Destiny to have breathing problems.

Landlord, builder Franc Coutinho, has been renting his property out in North London for six years without a problem. That is until his new tenant, Shuaghxi Fu, moves in. Within in six weeks, problems with paying the rent began.
