How To: Make over 600HP with only 440CI! In this episode we go through the assembly of a 440 out of a motorhome. It gets built to the hills with domed pistons making 14:1 compression a giant camshaft, solid flat tappet lifters, and aluminum heads all designed to make every cub of this beast make power to 7000RPM. Then it gets dropped in a Studebaker Gasser and fires off to roar in the backwoods.

A redemption story! Following up on the exquisite amount of fail which ended the last episode on this 72 Nova the guys finally make one pass down the 1/4 mile with 4.10 gears to improve on their previous time by almost a whole second. Prior to which the Super Sketch Nova gets new springs, a driveline loop, and a set of headers to replace the too-tall truck headers originally installed in Episode1.

Epic amounts of fail is the best way to describe this one. The guys do their very first field rescue of a 430HP 383 square body C10. They experience a plague of problems including fouled plugs, a botched fuel injection install and more. What ensues is plenty of wrenching, burnouts, and of course... ending with more Fail...

Ryan pulls out this 289 time capsule with a rich history including the purchase of the car 20 years prior by Ryan's Dad. Shortly after which he passed away, leaving the car to sit in a garage for most of that time. Now Ryan must dial the machine back in with carb tuning, ignition timing and a lot of patience. Ride along as Ryan side road wrenches this high revving 400HP 67 Mustang back to life.

The boys finally pound the pavement with a home-built 440 Studebaker Gasser! It starts by installing glass, moves to redesigning the rear suspension, wiring, throttle linkage, ignition set-up and more! The guys do nothing but drag racing, starting off out of the gate with an abundance of fail. First the new electric water pump on the Studebaker melts down, followed by Red Truck Blues with failed shifts. A second trip to the track with the Stude proves better at first but ultimately leads to more fail as all the dirt encountered in the Studes opener comes back to haunt them in the end...
