On the advice of his wife, out of work and down on his luck Joe applies for a job. He accidentally finds himself landing the coveted role of "Super Hero". Now with no powers to speak of, he must become a hero as his city is threatened by a great evil, the mayor is calling upon him and the real superheroes have been taken hostage!
