On the Edge With Juanpa

Juanpa and internet personality Mario Ruiz dive into cowboy culture; they work as ranch hands and train with a rodeo coach; they cram a lifetime of arduous training into three days with the goal of riding a bucking bronco for eight seconds.

Juanpa and his girlfriend, Macarena Achaga, head to Washington, where they attempt to climb Mount Ranier; with below-freezing temperatures, high winds and gaping crevasses, Juanpa and Maca are pushed beyond their limits.

Juanpa and his friend, Juca Viapri, go to Cleveland, where they take giant construction vehicles through an obstacle course, meet a monster truck superfan who builds his own behemoth machines and train with monster truck driver Tom Meents.

Juanpa brings his sister, Paola, on a gravity-defying adventure; they get F35 simulator training at Lockheed Martin; then, they experience the sensation of G-forces while drifting in Lamborghinis going over 200 mph; finally, they fly combat planes.

Juanpa is joined by his brother, Andrés, in Las Vegas, where they train with the Cirque du Soleil; with the help of trapeze artist Renato Fernandes, Juanpa and Andres attempt to fly through the air on a trapeze with no safety lines.

Driven by a dream to camp out overnight on the side of a cliff in a portaledge, Juanpa enlists a vertical climber to initiate him into the world of climbing culture; Juanpa attempts to scale the 400-foot Castleton Tower in Castle Valley, Utah.
