Shomu owns a horse chariot and a horse named Hero who pulls his chariot. Shomu gives ride to travelers and tourists in his chariot. He makes Hero work hard and earns well. But he does not feed Hero well and gives him only water. Hero becomes very weak and tired. He tells his problem to Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela. They feel bad for Hero and teach a lesson to Shomu for being unkind to Hero.

Bhoot Boss's sleep is disturbed by the cries of Mr. Pandey. Mr. Pandu tells him and Thakela and Pakela that Dagdu Seth, a coolie, is a robber, who loots trains using the master key with which he can open any lock, but put the blame on Mr. Pandey. Mr. Pandey had to lose his job and respect. Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela teach him a lesson. Dagdu gets scared and surrenders to Inspector Lobo.

The fish and other water creatures live happily in a pond. But Kabadiya lets out all the chemical waste of his chemical factory in the pond, which makes the pond water dirty and the animals living in it sick. When Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela get to know this, they ruin Kabadiya's chemical factory and thrash him up to teach him a lesson. Kabadiya realises his mistake and repents.

Thakela and Pakela go to Cheeku's birthday party. They find that Cheeku is sad because his father has not yet come home.Cheeku sees them and tells them his problem.Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela take Cheeku to his father's office.They find that the boss gave extra work to Cheeku's father and made him work overtime.The ghosts teach him a lesson for not caring about his employee's personal life.

Bhoot Boss punishes Thakela and Pakela for being naughty and turns them into dogs. They are caught by Lolakullu who owns a pet shop. He locks them up in a cage. They find birds, cats, dogs caged and puppies separated from their mothers. Bhoot Boss comes to their rescue. He gives back Thakela and Pakela their powers. The three ghosts teach a lesson to Lolakullu for torturing the birds and animals.

Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela are disturbed in their sleep by the noise of fire crackers. They find people flocking for a fraudster named WiFi Papa who tricks people into believing that he can solve their problems magically. He hides all their donation money and makes them buy simple things with a price. The ghosts reveal his true identity to the people and send WiFi Papa to Inspector Lobo.

Pari, Ruby and Jhony the dog are good friends who live on the beach happily. But their happiness is interrupted by D'Costa who arrives with a bull-dozer to break their houses and build a resort on the beach. The sad animals see Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela and tell them their problem. The ghosts give power to the animals to fight D'Costa and his men the next time they come to trouble them.

Bemishal Gotalal Pandey is Rinku's grandfather. He visits the bank frequently to get his pension cleared but the bank officials, Mr. Mishra, Mrs. Sulekha and the manager Mr. Bansilal keep pushing off his work every time. Mr. Pandey returns disheartened. On the way back, Rinku meets Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela and tells them his grandfather's problem. The ghosts teach a lesson to the culprits.

Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela meet Ghanshyam Bhoot who goes around scaring people with his powers. Ghanshyam tells them that he wanted to build a sports center for children on his land but his nephew Jabran cheated him and built a decoration center instead. The ghosts break the decoration center and teach Jabran a lesson. Jabran repents and promises to build a sports center within a month.

Lateef never does his work on time and makes people wait for him unnecessary. Thakela and Pakela enter a school which is celebrating its annual event. They see two boys worried because their dance would be cancelled if Lateef, the chief guest, arrives late for the function. Thakela and Pakela take Bhoot Boss along with them and teach Lateef a good lesson for not valuing time and troubling people.

The Kaakakandi Bhoothunters Kaali, Paali and Laali capture ghosts and keep them in their museum. They capture Thakela and Pakela also. Tikku meets Bhoot Boss and informs him about Kaalakaandi who has kept even his father in his custody. Bhoot Boss and Tikku reach the museum and fight the bhoot hunters. They then rescue Tikku's father, Thakela, Pakela and the other ghosts.

Ballu from Surgaon participates in a dance reality show and becomes the finalist. His family and villagers are very happy and expect him to win. But Pop master Raghu uses his power to threaten Ballu and the other judges to make his nephew Tinku win the finals. Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela decide to help Ballu so he can make his parents and village proud. They also teach a lesson to Raghu.

Paresh creates a super car called Zoomie which runs on water, can fly, float on water and shrink in short places. Latesh Lafadia, a businessman, steals the super car and presents to people as his own invention. Paresh tells Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela about his problem. The ghosts teach a lesson to Latesh for cheating. Paresh gets credit for his invention and also distributors for his car.

Khokha is a little baby who gets separated from his parents. Thakela and Pakela find him in a fair. They save the baby from two thugs who try to steal Khokha. With Bhoot Boss's help, they go to Jooni's saloon, then his brother Looni's garage and find Khokha's house. Then with the help of a doggy, they find Khokha's parents in Lobo's police station. Khokha gets united with his parents.

Danish's school goes for a trip to the snow mountains in Manali. But Danish has a fall and hurts his hand. He becomes sad because he couldn't go to the trip with his friends. Thakela and Pakela help him by curing his hand. Bhoot Boss becomes a flying carpet and they take him to Manali. Danish has a lot of fun playing in the snow mountains with Thakela and Pakela and becomes very happy.

While Thakela and Pakela search for a place to stay for the night, they meet Manglu Ghost who invites them to stay over at his aunt Terrorika's place. Terrorika has a favourite rattle. Some neighboring ghosts also arrive to celebrate Halloween party. But they end up fighting and break the rattle in the process. Thakela and Pakela take Manglu to Jhuman Jhunjhunawala who makes another rattle.

Ramlakhanpur cricket team are very good at the game and win every match. But since the time Chunnilal and Munnilal, the sarpanches of Rampur and Lakhanpur, separated due to their differences, the cricket team was also segregated. Because of this, the players never won any match and became dispirited. Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela solve this issue by making Chuniilal and Munnilal friends again.

Captain Katanga Katil is a pirate who hijacks a submarine and takes the captain and his team in his custody. His forces the captain to take help him to steal Tanatan Tappu's treasure which is deep under the sea. Bhoot Boss, Thakela and Pakela find out that the captain and his team are in trouble. They save the captain and his men and handover the pirates to the police.

Its friendship day and Thakela and Pakela are upto playing pranks on each other as usual. They end up fighting and become angry on each other. They decide to work independently. But their separation is only helpful to the wrong doers. In order to bring them together again, Bhoot Boss sends them on a mission and himself becomes the badman. Thakela and Pakela realise the power of their friendship.

Tuntun is a gardener. He takes care of the garden but in the process he always breaks down the anthills in the garden and creates trouble for the tiny ants. The ants tell their problem to Thakela and Pakela. The ghosts turn Tuntun into an ant size man so that he understands the problems of the ants. Tuntun sees the world of the ants and realises his mistake. He asks for their forgiveness.
