  • Stream the NFL Wild Card game live on Prime Video anywhere in the U.S. To find the game, open the Prime Video app on your TV, computer, or mobile device. The game will be featured on the Home page, Sports page, or under “live and upcoming events.” You can also visit the Amazon homepage, and select Prime Video, then “live and upcoming events.” Games will also be available on the Prime Video Twitch channel, through the NFL mobile app via NFL+, and through your local affiliate in the home and away team markets. Visit the TNF Help Hub for more details.
  • Prime members in the U.S. can stream the NFL Wild Card game on Prime Video for no additional fees.
  • Amazon designed the Fire TV Stick for streaming, delivering the best experience. However, Live Sports are available on over 650 devices including Fire TV, Fire Tablets, web browsers, and most internet-connected TVs. Visit the TNF Help Hub to find the full list of supported devices.
  • First, check your device bandwidth speeds. For the best live streaming experience, Prime Video recommends a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps for SD & 5 Mbps for HD. Prime Video will serve the highest quality streaming experience possible based on the bandwidth speed available. If you’re experiencing any issues with video juddering/motion, we recommend turning the Motion setting on your TV to Off. This setting might have a different name depending on your TV manufacturer. Some examples of the Motion setting include Auto Motion Plus, Tru Motion, MotionFlow, Cinemotion, and Motion Picture.
  • If you see “this video is unavailable” or "unavailable due to regional restrictions" appears on your screen, that means the game isn't available in your area due to regional or national broadcast rights. If "enable location for event availability" appears on your mobile device, location services might be turned off. To fix this, go to your device's settings and turn on location services for Prime Video. If you have antivirus software, make sure it doesn't block Prime Video from accessing location services.
