Angelo and Yna finally return to Punta Verde, where Angelo wastes no time trying to completely patch things up with his father - a desire born of the life lessons he learned from his brief yet meaningful trip with Yna. Meanwhile, Claudia continues trying to contract Amor, who is being elusive.

As a way of courting Yna, Angelo tries to find ways for her to meet the woman she looks up to, who is none other than Amor. But in doing so, Angelo also stretches the tension between him and David, who is still determined to win Yna's love.

Yna and the rest of the staff of Casa Corazon cater to Amor's party for the church community that she sponsors. Here, Yna patiently waits for an opportunity to be introduced to Amor, who is preparing for her upcoming dinner meeting with Eduardo - their first get-together since their painful breakup many years ago.

Angelo is in low spirits again after meeting Bea Bianca Bejeranno - sister of Jasper Bejeranno, Angelo's best friend in the past who died because of Angelo's wayward ways. Being the ever supportive friend that she is, Yna encourages Angelo to make it up to Bea and her family.

Eduardo and Amor get together at a hotel for another business meeting, which the latter had set for her plans against Eduardo. Although Amor has prepared for Claudia's unwanted appearance, Amor herself becomes a victim of circumstances when she momentarily gets trapped in the hotel's elevator with Eduardo - much like how their love story in the past began.

Even with Yna's help, Angelo could not convince Bea to listen to his sincere apology. Because of this, Angelo decides to help her family instead in his own special way. Meanwhile, Claudia tries to get close to Amor in the hope of getting an opportunity to manipulate her.

Having reconciled with Bea, Angelo now seeks the blessing of Yna's parents so he can formally court her. During this time, however, David also takes his chances by making special gestures for Yna, which Angelo can't do anything about since Yna wants to be fair to David. Little does Angelo know, Bea's old amorous feelings for him have returned.

Angelo and his staff at Casa Corazon finally see the fruits of their labor as they officially re-launch the resort.

Despite the humiliation Claudia subjected her to during the reopening of Casa Corazon, Yna manages to pull herself together, thanks to the people who showed concern for her, most especially Amor. As a way of thanking Amor, Yna cooks a special dish and delivers it to Amor's home, giving them both an opportunity to bond.

Amor and Yna once again cross paths at the mass burial site in Talimpao, where they discover that they both suffered the loss of their respective families.

Angelo's near-death experience turns out to be a blessing in disguise for him, for it has made Yna realize the importance of taking chances in love - a lesson that ultimately brings both of them together as a couple.

Angelo formally introduces Yna to his family over dinner, which goes well for the young couple simply because Claudia has no choice but to treat Yna nicely in front of Eduardo, Angelo, and Lia. It is not until Yna begins her part-time job in Buena Corporation that Claudia gives her "special treatment", something that Angelo is unaware of since he is busy running Casa Corazon.

With both her studies and work keeping her busy, Yna can only afford to spend brief moments of joy with Angelo, who accompanies or keeps in touch with her whenever possible. During this time, Angelo's friend Bea Bianca becomes the center of attention in school after a video of her stealing goes viral, causing Angelo to rush to her side.

Diego is crushed upon learning about the connection of his fiancée Lourdes to Amor, especially when Lourdes reveals that they were responsible for his financial problems.

Against her will, Amor compels both David and Lourdes - who care deeply for Eduardo and Diego respectively - to stay within the confines of her home, as it is her only way of making sure her plans against the brothers will succeed.

Ever since the idea of Amor plotting revenge dawned on her, Claudia could no longer see herself associating with her in any way, knowing that she is capable of taking away everything Claudia holds dear.

Just when Yna is about to leave the hospital where she was confined, she and her family get a surprise visit from Claudia, who takes her sweet time chiding them about the favors they have been receiving from Angelo.

For the years that Eduardo and David have been working together, both in and out of the office, a strong sense of filial bond has developed between them, a bond that is now on the verge of being shattered as Eduardo learns from Angelo that David is related to Amor, whom Eduardo is starting to be wary of due to Claudia's assumption that she returned to exact revenge against them.

Somewhere in Buena Malls, a silent chase is going on between Amor's bodyguards and Lourdes, who is trying to escape so she can look for Diego.

It dawns on Claudia that keeping Diego in her custody will not be enough to keep her secret safe - she must get rid of him for good, lest the details of his crime against Amor surfaces and causes her to lose everything and everyone she holds dear.

It is a sad day in Casa Corazon as the Macaspacs say goodbye to their former co-workers there, all of whom they had grown to cherish as friends since the beginning of the resort's renovation many months ago.

After settling down with her family elsewhere in Punta Verde, Yna wastes no time looking for a new job, which requires her to travel from place to place on foot given her meager allowance.

Ever since he learned of the history between his father and Amor, Angelo could not help casting suspicious looks on the influential woman, especially now that she is working closely with Eduardo for his campaign.

Fate continues to play with Amor and Eduardo as they are chosen as godparents to their friend's newborn baby.
