A violent incident sends three siblings, Sune, Katrine and Mathilde, running from the big city, and destiny leads them to Lark Road. Early one Sunday morning they rent a house and move in immediately.

Katrine decides that she, Sune and Mathilde should start their own catering company and, after a bit of persuasion, Andreas agrees to let them use the kitchen in his restaurant.

Selma is turning 10, so Monica arranges a birthday party for her with the help of Sune and Andreas. During the party Monica tells Andreas that she's in love with him.

Under pressure from Astrid, Kim Borg agrees to go on a team building trip with his colleagues - in order for them to learn that anything is possible as long as you believe you can do it.

The police are investigating the case of Kim Borg's boss, who vanished mysteriously during the team building trip. The first one to be interrogated is Kim Borg. When the police find the boss’ dead body the situation looks rather bleak for Kim.

The preparations for Midsummer Eve are well under way on Lark Road. Monica's making a witch for the bonfire, while Sune and Katrine are helping Elisabeth get rid of the Albanian.

Astrid is contacted by Esther's daughter, Pia, who accuses Astrid of killing her mother. Kim is going to a job interview with his new boss, but sadly things don't turn out as expected.

Astrid has found Esther's gold bracelet but doesn't know what to do with it, so she hides it in her ”flashlight”. Unfortunately, this turns out to be a bad idea when Astrid's two sons decide to hold a garage sale.

Theis, who killed Andreas' son, is out on probation. Andreas seeks him out and has a secret plan for revenge, but a group of biker gang members get there before him.

Brown water is coming out of the taps on Lark Road, so the residents are busy trying to find the cause. All clues lead to Sune, Katrine and Mathilde's back yard, and everybody wants the back yard dug up.
