Paula's throwing a Southern cocktail party for a few friends! First Paula stops in Kitchen Kaboodle to get everything she needs for her kitchen, then goes back into the kitchen to whip up some Creamy Onion Canapes, Pecan-Stuffed Dates, Cedar Planked Salmon with Wasabi Cream Sauce, and perfect Southern Comfort Punch to wash it all down!

It's poker night at the Deen house as the Deen boys help Paula put together some delicious finger foods! Watch as Paula, Jaime and Bobby make Chicken Nuggets covered in Potato Chips, Herbed Cheese and Cracker Bits, Grandma Paul's Caramel Corn and a Fresh Fruit Pizza!

Sound the fire alarm cause Paula's firin' up the kitchen! First Paula heads out to Cookout's to get the spices she needs. Then it's back to the kitchen as she makes Father Hank's Grillades and Grits. As a side, she makes a crackling Jalapeno Cornbread and Spicy Green Beans. Then, it's Paula's own Fiery Cajun Shrimp.

Today, Paula's preparing some of her favorite spring brunch specials! First Paula goes up to Mountain Dew Maple to get some syrup for her French Toast Casserole. Then she slices up tomatoes for the Lady & Sons Fried Green Tomatoes topped with Eggs Benedict. Finally, we close out with Paula's Strawberry Gelatin Fruit Mold.

Paula gives us a taste for the good old times again with a trip to her home town of Albany, GA to Bob's Candy. Back home, Paula prepares her Aunt Peggy's Meatloaf, a side of Okra and Tomatoes, a side of Cottage Potatoes and puts Bob's peppermint to good use by making Bob's Peppermint Pie and Peppermint Bark for dessert.

We go to Wynfield Plantation, where Paula jumps in a boat with her Aunt Peggy to get the catch of the day! Then its back to the kitchen where she prepares a mouth watering Romano Baked Bass with a side of Cornbread, southern style with a Strawberry, Spinach and Hearts of Palm Salad and a Double Chocolate Gooey Butter Cake for dessert!

No day at the races would be complete without a Mint Julep so we're headed to Churchill Downs. Then Paula puts together a meal fit for the sport of kings by making Cola Basted Ham with a side of Biscuits, Pineapple Casserole and a Bourbon Pecan pie!

Paula's gonna show you the tricks to make the best treats for a fun filled Halloween at Home! Paula heads to Frankenstein Fortress first then returns to whips up a Bewitched Cake, some Cheese Ball Goblins and Snake Bites

Paula's going riding with the local Scooter Club and she's packing a basket! We follow her to Jo Mart Chocolates so we can make a Wilmington island marsh mud cake. Then it's back to the kitchen to makes Brother Bubba's Country Fried Steak and a Garden Pea Salad with Easy Rolls.

Paula visits a local bakery, "Sweet Lisa's" and then shares her family's dessert recipes for Basic 1-2-3-4 Cake, Jamie's Coconut Cake, Cake Ice Cream Cones, and 7 Minute Frosting.

Nothin' goes over better at a potluck than Pasta. Paula visits Angela at Al Dente to find the freshest pasta. From there, we return back to the kitchen to go from the best baked spaghetti in the South to a spicy shrimp and pasta casserole and a mouth-watering fettucine chicken salad.

No food says comfort like Southern Comfort food. Before we get started we travel to Applegate Farms to pick up the sweetest sherbet south of the mason Dixon line for Paula's Clouds and Sunshine Squares-Delish! Even the name speaks comfort. Then it's back home to serve up a plateful of pork roast, sweet potato yams with a simple syrup and some cornmeal dumplings,
