Tia and the Villalobos family relocate to New Orleans to start a new chapter. Once there, they race to rebuild kennels for 150 canines and prepare for the Villalobos' grand opening.

Now that things have settled in New Orleans, Tia and Tania are challenged with rescuing an aggressive pit bull who was left in the lower ninth ward. Meanwhile, a family of eight are eager to adopt after losing their dog to cancer.
