Popeye

Popeye and Olive Oyl sail off to find the whereabouts of Olive's gold mine. Bluto overhears their conversation and, after disabling the propeller on Popeye's craft, dashes away in his speed-boat.

Popeye learns Olive is through with sailors and has gone West, where men are men. Hurt to the quick, he heads West and finds Olive all eyes and admiration for Bluto and his daring cowboy feats.

Popeye and Bluto are rival locomotive engineers engaged in a cross-country dash to see which of them gets the franchise for the rail line. In the race that follows, Popeye overtakes Bluto but manages to rescue Olive Oyl from Bluto's train.

Popeye proposes marriage. Olive promises to think it over. That night Olive dreams of her happy home with four little kids, Pip-Eye, Pup-Eye, Pep-Eye and Peep-Eye running around raising havoc with her lovely home and furnishings.

Popeye and Bluto vie with each other over caring for Swee'Pea while Olive visits the beauty parlor. They have orders that he is to be bathed, fed and put to bed. Olive returns to a surprising situation.

A modern Stanley and Livingston saga, with Popeye going to Darkest Africa to rescue his pal, Dr. Bluto. After untold hardships, the sailor reaches his friend, only to find the eminent doctor cavorting happily with native beauties.

Popeye tries to get a job as a movie stunt man by showing studio executives movies of some of his most daring exploits. But Swee'Pea switches reels in the projection room showing his own stunts, which make Popeye's pale by comparison.

There's plenty of excitement when Popeye takes Olive Oyl out for a driving lesson. She commits every blunder in the book and Popeye and his trusty spinach have to come to her rescue.

Olive Oyl announces vaudeville's coming back. Swee'Pea, Popeye and Olive rehearse their old-time routines. In a series of celebrity impersonations, Popeye enacts some humorous impressions of Jimmy Durante, Stan Laurel and Groucho Marx.

Popeye has need of his spinach when he poses as William Tell's son for the big apple-shooting contest, especially when he finds that the old man's aim isn't what it used to be!

Popeye is building a boat when his daddy, Poopdeck Pappy, insists on helping. When the old man keeps dozing off on the job, Popeye swallows some spinach and finishes the boat in record time.

It's bedtime but old Pappy refuses to go and despite Popeye's efforts, the old man sneaks out to a nightclub. After waltzing all the ladies on the dance floor, the old fellow gets involved in a brawl with their boyfriends.

Popeye and Olive Oyl go to the North Pole. Bluto, disguised as a fur trader named Pierre, is there to try and ruin things.
