An armored psychopath is abducting and slaughtering young women; including the partner of Detective Colin Graham. Graham enlists his murdered; ex-partners criminal father Giovanni Capaldo for help in finding the killer. When the two track down the now dubbed "Juggernaut"; they are wholly unprepared for the horrors that lie ahead of them when they face-off against the Psycho Killer.
