In the first episode, we follow JOHNNY'S WEST, a seven-member group from Kansai, as they get ready for their upcoming nationwide tour, “JOHNNY'S WEST LIVE TOUR 2021 rainboW”. Although the pandemic put a damper on their tour, Ryusei Fujii, in charge of the stage production, came up with a plan. See JOHNNY'S WEST in action as they stay positive while overcoming challenges.

JOHNNY'S WEST celebrates their 7-year anniversary in 2021. We follow Takahiro Hamada as he stars in his first leading role in a TV drama, and Nozomu Kotaki as he wins awards for his acting work in the play “Elephant Man.” We delve into the hopes and dreams of each of the seven members as they work hard to advance to new opportunities.

JOHNNY'S WEST ’s TV show launches nationwide, giving a boost to their career. Junta Nakama starts getting more offers to appear on quiz shows. He shares how he felt when the group was stuck in a lull when they first made their debut. Meanwhile, Akito Kiriyama stars in the leading role in the play “Red Shirt”, and shares how he hopes that his solo acting work will bring in new fans to the group.

Daiki Shigeoka, JOHNNY'S WEST ’s center position, is getting ready for the group’s first live-audience concert in two years. Shigeoka writes a song to say thanks to his father, who had just recently retired. Shigeoka invites his father to the group’s Kumamoto concert on Father’s Day, where he reads a letter he wrote to his father on stage and sings the song as he plays it on his guitar.

We follow TOKIO, a unique rock ‘n roll idol group that debuted in 1994, as they tackle a new challenge – founding their own company. Shigeru Joshima, Taichi Kokubun, and Masahiro Matsuoka launch a new company around the concept of building things themselves. For their first task, they create their own business cards out of wood.

Taichi Kokubun films a commercial for a kid’s udon bento he designed himself. TOKIO builds their own wooden table, with Kokubun making the tabletop, Shigeru Joichiro making the legs, and Masahiro Matsuoka assembling the table. Meanwhile, Kokubun works on writing a song for a music show he hosts, and assembles his own band, “STRIKE WHILE THE IRON IS HOT”, to perform the song.

TOKIO films a commercial for Fukushima Pride in June 2021, and installs their own wooden signboard in the new TOKIO Department in the Fukushima Prefectural Office. We also go backstage on the set of the play “Tokyo Godfathers”, in which Masahiro Matsuoka plays a leading role. Meanwhile, Taichi Kokubun meets up with Yoshihiko Inohara, one of his best friends for over 30 years.

Shigeru Joshima, the president of TOKIO Inc., stars in his first TV drama, where he plays a mother from Osaka, and for which he also wrote the theme song. Meanwhile, Taichi Kokubun attends a TV station broadcast council meeting, and Masahiro Matsuoka stars in a new TV drama. We explore the strong bonds between the three members as they continue to work together.

We follow Naniwa Danshi in the months leading up to their sensational debut on November 12, 2021. Watch the Naniwa Danshi members react with hugs and tears upon hearing the surprise announcement about their upcoming debut during their Yokohama Arena concert. We follow the members as they work hard to achieve their dream of making their debut.

Naniwa Danshi rehearses for their upcoming nationwide tour, where they’re scheduled to perform over 30 songs that they’ve chosen themselves, including a new song written by Shunsuke Michieda about their experience over the past three years striving for their debut. At their Yokohama Arena concert on July 28 on Naniwa Day, their dreams finally come true.

Naniwa Danshi appears on a radio talk show on the day after their debut announcement, where the staff present the group a bouquet. Daigo Nishihata shares his feelings about their upcoming debut. Meanwhile, the members eagerly listen to the demo tape for their upcoming debut song for the first time. However, Joichiro Fujiwara talks about his conflicted feelings about their upcoming debut.

Naniwa Danshi performs their debut song for the first time at “Johnny's Festival～Thank you 2021 Hello 2022～” at Tokyo Dome on December 30, 2021 alongside veteran Johnny’s groups. The group is greeted by a huge round of applause when they step out on stage. We explore the members’ hopes and dreams for themselves as they set out together on a journey into a future they’ve all been dreaming of.

We follow the members of SixTONES as they work on their second album, "CITY". We take you backstage during SixTONES’ recording sessions and meetings and show you how the group makes their music. Taiga Kyomoto and Juri Tanaka record a song for their new album. Kyomoto shares his experience doing his first guitar recording. Meanwhile, Tanaka performs on stage with Creepy Nuts.

Jesse and Shintaro Morimoto work on their new song for SixTONES' second album. We follow the two of them as they practice a new jack swing dance for their music video. Meanwhile, Yugo Kochi and Juri Tanaka play one of V6’s songs on a radio show they host and talk about V6’s last concert. Yugo Kochi also shares his own thoughts towards the group.

SixTONES continues to work on their new album in summer 2021. Taiga Kyomoto rehearses for his leading role in an upcoming musical while he also records his part for the group’s new song, in which he sings a lot of high notes. We take you backstage at SixTONES’ Yokohama Arena concert on their “Feel da CITY” tour. Laster, we explore the group’s origins and follow the members as they visit important locations from their past. Taiga Kyomoto visits the city he grew up in and talks about what got him interested in music. Hokuto Matsumura visits his hometown in Shizuoka and reunites with an old friend from middle school.

We follow the members of Kis-My-Ft2 as they each forge their own path during the group’s 10th year together since their debut. Yuta Tamamori and Toshiya Miyata continue taking Chinese lessons after the group’s 2019 performance in Taiwan. Meanwhile, the group gets ready for their upcoming nationwide tour “Kis-My-Ft ni aeru de show 2022”, their first live-audience tour in three years.

Taisuke Fujigaya reprises his role in the return of the 2019 musical “Don Juan”. We follow him from the rehearsal all the way to the closing night as he works hard to surpass his previous performance. Meanwhile, Kento Senga creates a new dance routine for their upcoming tour, and Hiromitsu Kitayama works on the video. Watch Kis-My-Ft2 evolve as they explore what it means to be an idol.

Yuta Tamamori checks the costume designs for their upcoming concerts for Kis-My-Ft2's “Kis-My-Ft ni aeru de Show 2022” nationwide tour. Meanwhile, Toshiya Miyata makes his voice acting debut with a 2020 anime movie and performs in a musical. Wataru Yokoo leverages his cooking skills to contribute to his own magazine column, and passes a tuna cutting certification and pet care certification exam.

Kis-My-Ft2 does a dress rehearsal to get ready for their upcoming “Kis-My-Ft ni aeru de Show 2022” nationwide tour and exchange ideas for their performance. Takashi Nikaido checks how the performance looks from where the audience will be seated and continues working late into the night. Finally, on the opening day of their tour, the group steps out on stage where their fans await them.
