Belonging to a conservative family, Mushk aspires to study further however she faces difficulty in getting permission to attend university.

Mushk gets bullied on the very first day at university and looks for support. Sehba comes to her rescue and decides to drop her home, however, the huge class difference between them is evident.

Sehba decides to visit Mushk however Mushk's mother is a bit skeptical to meet Sehba. Irtiza falls in love with Mushk at first sight.

Geeti is aware of her illness and Ismail tries to provide her with care and support. Irtiza ask Sehba to introduce him to Mushk.

Mushk starts going out with Sehba and lies to her parents about her whereabouts. Mushk's father is disappointed to see Nomi and Sehba

Irtiza goes to meet Sehba's parents however Nomi argues with him. Geeti's deteriorating health leads her to get admitted to the hospital.

Mushk lies to her parents and goes to the party at Nomi's home. Mushk and Irtiza meet at the party and they get close. Mr Iftikhar is at the hospital with Ismail.

At the party, Nomi convinces Sehba to take drugs. Sehba comes home drunk and her parents are shocked. Geeti's health continues to worsen with each passing day.

Nomi and Sehba become friends again and Nomi proposes to Sehba. Irtiza and Mushk begin to develop feelings for each other and try to meet frequently.

Irtiza tells Sehba that he has some secrets about Nomi that might shock her and she should stay away from him. Sehba sees the proof against Nomi and goes into shock and is admitted to the hospital.

Mushk and Irtiza go to the hospital to see Sehba. Upon Iftikhar and Rehma's request, Ismail agrees to meet Bano. Mushk lies to her parents and goes to meet Irtiza.

Sehba gets Mushk in trouble knowing that she has lied and calls her home. Irtiza has an accident with Mohini on his way back and he takes her to the hospital.

Despite his parent's constant pressure, Irtiza refuses to marry Sehba. Irtiza decides to visit Mushk's house himself however Iftikhar refuses to listen to him.

Irtiza's parents agree to bring a marriage proposal for Mushk and bring an engagement ring as well. On the other hand, Sehba is unable to control her emotions.

Rehma tells Ismail that Bano is putting forward some unreasonable demands, but Ismail agrees. Later Bano's disappearance causes a stir in Ismail's life.

Irtiza's mother invites Mushk over for a get-together to meet her friends, but at the last moment, she refuses because of the intense situation at her home. Nomi tries to fool Irtiza about Mushk, but Irtiza stops him.

As soon as Irtiza and Mushk's wedding date is fixed, Sehba begins to get jealous and plans to ruin Mushk's life along with Nomi.

Mushk goes to Irtiza's home to meet his mother. On the way back, Irtiza gets upset with Mushk for still being friends with Sehba. Rehma requests Ismail to take Mushk shopping but Sehba comes at the last moment and takes Mushk with her.

Irtiza's family pays a surprise visit to Mushk's home and is shocked to not find her there. The police raid Nomi's home and everyone is arrested. Mushk hides and saves herself.

Irtiza goes to question Sehba about Mushk and she lies about her. Irtiza believes Sehba and starts doubting Mushk. Mushk tries to convince Irtiza but he refuses to listen to her.

Irtiza goes to question Nomi and he makes Irtiza believe that Sehba's story is true. Mushk dresses up as a bride on her wedding day, but Irtiza and his family refuse to come.

When Irtiza doesn't show up, Iftikhar begs Ismail to marry Mushk to save his respect. Mushk and Ismail tie the knot, however, Mushk refuses to accept him as her husband.

Sehba makes an attempt to visit Irtiza, but he sends her away. On her way back, Sehba engages in an argument with Nomi while Irtiza's family try to convince him to marry Sehba.

Ismail receives a call regarding Iftikhar's death which leads to Mushk's realization of her mistake. Irtiza's family fixes his wedding with Sehba in a week's time.
