Rachael Ray is creating her lifelong dream of owning a villa in Tuscany, and it's all hands on deck as construction is underway. The first room to tackle is an open concept living room with vintage chandeliers and a hand-painted mural of the countryside.

While Michael and the team attempt to build out an underwater wine vault, all hell breaks loose as the lush greenery of the villa threatens to dry out when all the water shuts down with no sign of turning back on.
