Despite being voted Blackpool Tourist Board Restaurant of the year, Clubway 41 is a prime example of how not to run a restaurant. It's breaking every rule in the book, and Gordon faces a hellish week.

Gordon visits La Gondola. It has naff 70's cuisine, net curtains and no customers. Gordon's biggest problem is head chef Steve, who'd rather open a tin or a packet than create a proper meal.
