Kicking off the new series of Ready Steady Cook, host Rylan Clark-Neal unveils a re-vamped kitchen and introduces us to a new chef - Jeremy Pang as well as being joined by regulars, Anna Haugh, Romy Gill, Akis Petretzikis and Ellis Barrie. Cooking today are Jeremy and Akis.

Cooking in the kitchen are husband and wife, Dani and Ben from Halton. Dani and Ben both like to cook but unfortunately, Dani isn't keen on Ben's creations. Dani also wants to get more vegetables into her meals - can Chef Anna Haugh inspire her with some great new ways with veg?

Sisters Anne and Janet are taking to the kitchen today. They both love to cook and are keen to introduce some new flavours to their repertoire. Paired with two amazing chefs, Dubliner chef extraordinaire Anna Haugh, and the always energetic Chef Akis Petretzikis, things are guaranteed to get busy in the kitchen today.

In the Ready Steady Cook kitchen today are engaged couple, Nick and Donnie. They have got into a routine at home where Donnie does most of the cooking and he's now keen for Nick to get a bit more involved. Paired with Chef Jeremy Pang and Chef Anna Haugh, the kitchen soon livens up.

Today's contestants are romantic novelists Mandy and Rachel. They both have a passion for Greece and Greek food so luckily Akis Petretzikis is cooking up a storm today along with our award-winning Chef Ellis Barrie.

Rylan Clark-Neal welcomes best friends, Alison and Tracy. Alison is quite an adventurous cook while Tracy keeps it more traditional. They are both open to trying new flavours, and keen to learn new tricks in the kitchen today.

Cooking in the kitchen today are mother and daughter Jo and Millie from Berwick-Upon-Tweed. They run a food waste café, and are in the Ready Steady Cook kitchen to find new ways to incorporate some of the food that is most often donated to the café.

On today's show are mother and son Julie and Rich from Birmingham. Julie and Rich have very different cooking styles. Julie will follow a recipe whereas Rich prefers to keep it more experimental. Today though, Julie is on a mission to push her boundaries and discover new flavours and recipes that she can make again and again.

Rylan Clark-Neal welcomes husband and wife duo Faraj and Chloe to the Ready Steady Cook kitchen. Paired with Chefs Ellis Barrie and Akis Petretzikis, the couple are soon put to work in their respective kitchens. It's a fast and furious cook with both Faraj and Chloe keen to come out victorious.

Today's contestants are Hayley and Sunni, health professionals who have never actually met in person - until today! The pair met on social media over their shared love of a plant-based diet. In our all-vegan show today, they are keen to take the ingredients they cook with all the time and elevate them to new heights.

On the show today we have good friends Paul and Roberto. They both have high pressure jobs which can involve long hours, so when they get together they love to have fun and barbeque.

Cooking in the kitchen today are friends Adam and Dan from Hertfordshire. Both follow a vegan diet, so today's ingredients include everything from vegan staples to more exotic produce. Chef Ellis Barrie and Chef Jeremy Pang are on hand to help them create mouth-watering meals in minutes, but with the clock ticking, the pressure is most definitely on.

We're keeping it in the family on Ready Steady cook today with sisters Julie and Debbie. Both are interested in healthy meals that they can make without hours in the kitchen. Joining Julie in the Green Kitchen today is Chef Akis Petretzikis who brings his lively Mediterranean flair.

Today's contestants are friends Simon and Carolyn from Glasgow. They are joined in the Green Kitchen by our queen of spice Chef Romy Gill, and bringing a modern British and Irish twist to the Red Kitchen, it's Chef Anna Haugh.

On the show today we have married couple Marcus and Paul. Paul does most of the cooking in their home and he's keen for Marcus to get more involved. They are in for a treat today as they are paired with the always inventive Chefs Ellis Barrie and Anna Haugh.

Friends Charlotte and Shenelle, are both hoping they've got what it takes to win Ready Steady Cook. They share a love of food, but today the gloves are off as they battle to take home the glory and our Ready Steady Cook hamper. They are cooking today with Chef Ellis Barrie and Chef Jeremy Pang.

Best friends, Sandra and Rachel, are bringing some friendly rivalry to the Ready Steady Cook kitchen today. They have both recently embarked on a weight loss and healthier lifestyle plan, and are hoping to get some new ideas to bring fantastic flavour to ingredients they know well.

Husband and wife duo, Raymond and Karen, are cooking up a storm in the kitchen today. They are both vegan but are bored of making the same thing all the time and would love some brand-new dishes to add to their repertoire. Paired with inventive chefs, Akis Petretzikis and Romy Gill, they have certainly come to the right place.

Cooking in the kitchen today are father and son, Mark and Henry, from The Wirral. They are passionate about good pork and have a smallholding where they rear heritage pig breeds. They have come to the Ready Steady Cook kitchen today hoping to showcase pork and to find new ways with a meat they know very well.

Foodie sisters from London, Kavita and Sangeeta, are cooking up a storm in the Ready Steady Cook kitchen today. They are both have busy lives and would love to get some new ideas for quick tasty meals they can make when they get home after a long day.

There's a bit of sibling rivalry in the kitchen today as sisters Elsa and Gabriella go head-to-head against the clock. Coming from a big family, food has always played a really important part in their lives and although they've now flown the nest, they still get together on a Sunday to share a family meal.

Cooking in the kitchen are best friends Lily and Milly. This is a dream come true for the foodie pals who are so obsessed with food from all around the world, they have even created their own A-Z food trip around London.

It's a family affair on Ready Steady Cook today as Lauren and her aunt Jayne have come to do battle in the kitchen. Jayne has passed on a lot of her cooking knowledge to Lauren, and they have very happy memories of spending time together in the kitchen.

Good friends Andrew and Stephen, from Glasgow, are cooking up a storm in the Ready Steady Cook kitchen today. They have very different experiences of cooking - Andrew cooks mostly for his mum and his grandad and is hoping to get a bit more experimental today.
