The rednecks must face their fears as the challenge takes them to new heights. A newly formed team must learn how to work together both on and off the playing field.

An action-packed challenge sends the teams flying and lands one player in the hospital. Margaret continues to alienate the rest of the house while Cowboy and Cody almost come to blows.

The team bonds are tested when the Rednecks must rely on each other's strength and endurance to win the challenge. A new romance develops and causes controversy in the house.

A late night prank angers the house and puts huge targets on the prankster's backs. The rednecks have a hard time keeping down what Steve is dishing up at the challenge and then a grudge match is settled at The Pit.

The pressures of the game are getting to some of the contestants and a wild night out causes tempers to flare. This week's challenge proves to be too much for two of the players to handle.

Tensions boil over as a relationship continues to create friction in the house. The rednecks must prove they have brains as well as brawn as the latest challenge puts them to the test.

Down to the final 4 teams, the remaining rednecks plot to take out whoever stands in their way of making it to the end. At the challenge, the players put it all on the line as they overcome any obstacles standing in their way.

Having survived the competition so far, the day they've all been waiting for arrives as the final three teams battle it out in an epic race of strength, intelligence and endurance.
