Requiem From the Darkness (English Dub)

Writer, Momosuke Yamaoka's ambition is to compile a book of 100 ghost stories. While traveling Momosuke encounters Ogin and a monk named Enkai. Enkai was a former apprentice who apparently suffers delusions in which he apparently hears the sound of azuki beans being washed.

Momosuke arrives at Kichibe's Willow Inn, hoping to learn about the fabled Willow Woman who is said to haunt the inn.

Momosuke investigates a legend of a fox who posed a monk to tempt a hunter away from killing other foxes.

Momosuke saves a woman named Oyoshi from a ronin. After hearing Oyoshi's situation, Momosuke tries to help but Oyoshi's secret is nothing Momosuke was expecting.

Momosuke comes across a wealthy lord but is also given horse meat that results in him being cursed. It is reveled that the lord himself also suffers from the same curse.

Momosuke and Ongyou encounter a travelling performance troupe with a man who claims to be a Tanuki. Momosuke listens to the man's wild tale of how he came to be in the troupe.

Momosuke hears the legend of the Katabira Crossroads where women have died. It is said that it first happened when the nobleman Genba Sasayama lost his wife to the spirit that lurks there. However, the truth is far from the legend.

Momosuke receives a letter from his brother Gunhachiro sent to him while at Katabira Crossroads. Gunhachiro calls him over when one of his friends named Kijirou Hamada was found dead after being killed by a stone.

Momosuke learns some of Ogin's past as he hears about the cuthroat Giamon of Inarizika, rumored to be a Kowai.

Momosuke arrives in town and is told by a man about a missing bride. Momosuke goes on to research more about this bride.

Momosuke inquires about ghost stories and stumbles upon a story of a haunted ship.

Strange massacres have been occurring at Seven Man Point. With Ukon, Momosuke embarks on the journey to find out why.

Ukon is captured, Momosuke is captured, and a tsunami is on it's way. The finale of the series!
