From a while ago, there has been a rumor of one strange-looking friend who is living in the forest of Brooms Town. People fear and worry about this friend. Some say he is a wizard who puts a curse on anyone and some say he is called the 'traveler of misfortune' because of the bad luck he brings when your eyes meet with his.

The day when Spooky moves to his new house, he invites Posty and Cab to his house however they turn down Spooky's invitation. The reason turns out to be the fact that Spooky's house is incredibly messy. Although Roy advises him to clean his house, Spooky has no intentions to clean up at all.

BRUNY never gets satisfied no matter how many toys he has. AMBER introduces MINI, BENNY, RODY trio to BRUNY after she learns that BRUNY is bored. However, BRUNY is still greedy to get toys more and take a cool role with his friends. BRUNY eventually finds the trampoline that Mr.MUSTY gave as a gift and uses it ignoring the rule it should be used under an adult's observation.

Helly always envies other members of the Rescue team whenever racing competition was held on tracks. HELLY blames himself because he does not have wheels and nags JIN to make wheels fit to him. However, JIN declines his request because HELLY already has wings to fly and wheels do not fir to him. Camp, who happened to hear Helly's wish suggests Helly exchange his wheels for Helly's propeller.

One day, Mr. Builder visits Mr. Wheeler's store and gets wet while he is helping Mr. Wheeler fix the sink. Mr. Wheeler lends his clothes and Mr. Builder wearing Mr. Wheeler's clothes just looks like twins. Mr. Builder rescues a child on the road by accident. The citizen of Brooms town mistake that Mr. Wheeler rescued the child.

LIFTY and TERRY are on a cloud after they heard CAMP will host special forest camping tonight. However, MARINE has never enjoyed camping and therefore cannot imagine what camping is and envies his friends. LIFTY recognizes MARINE's mind and prepares a surprise for him.

One day on the road, MICKY hears MINI, BENNY, RODY trio's talking "We do not want to get close to MICKY because we are afraid of him." MICKY consults to AMBER. AMBER suggests he solve the misunderstanding by kindly approaching and playing with them. MICKY shows bubble soap acrobatics in front of the trio.

Brooms town has great cleaning day when huge garbage that is hard to be disposed of usually. That day, something terrible happens to Posty who always likes to throw things away. He happened to throw his precious stamp collection out when he removed his desk. Posty ran to Cleany's house for his collection.

On a busy day, BRUNY visits BRUNER working on the construction site. BRUNER, too busy to take care of BRUNY, asks MAX to take care of BRUNY. But BRUNER is still worried about MAX and BRUNY. Not surprisingly, Bruny gets lost while Max was looking away for a moment while on their way to visit the secret base of three mini friends.

Fortune Cookie is very popular nowadays in Brooms Town. There is a little note of fortune inside of the cookie which predicts one's future fortunes. Spooky didn't believe these superstitions before. However, after he saw Cleany getting into an accident as the note said he ends up picking up the fortune cookie.

SCHOOL B promised to go outdoor activity with children. But he is worried because he cannot figure out any plan. On his worry, JIN suggests SCHOOL B go 'Daily Farm Activity'. TRACKY eventually is asked to guide SCHOOL B and children during daily farm activity. However, TRACKY is worried that his job is not special.

One day, MINI, BENNY, RODY trio have marine training with POLI and MARINE. RODY, visiting the sea for the first time in his life, is so eager to know what is beyond the sea! Finally, RODY sets his plan to hide into MARINE and set sail when MARINE leaves the port. Through many complications, RODY manages to hide into MARINE. MARINE leaves port not knowing RODY is hiding.

One day in Brooms Town, Helly finds a trap in the wild animal safe zone. Detecting something strange that might happen, rescue team members start to look across the forest. During the investigation, the rescue team finds evidence of a hunting car and at that time Jin reports a rescue call at the exact location. After arriving at the distress scene, they find two friends who were unconscious.

The mountain rescue team of Treasure Ville is rescued by Brooms town rescue team through ups and downs. MARK and BUCKY explain who is POACHER to Brooms town rescue team. He is a poaching car and has been chased for long ago. This dangerous car POACHER also has a good ability to disguise himself and cheat others with dangerous weapons.

One day, MAX goes to port to do Mr. Builder's errand. After finishing his job, Max plays hide and seek with Lifty. While Lifty is hiding, Max realizes he is doing Mr. Builder's errand and goes back home. Lifty gets angry because Max did not tell her to go home. Max hears from POLI that Lifty is so angry and tries to apologize. However, it seems Lifty has no intention to accept his apology.

BRUNER wants 'space super ball' for his upcoming birthday gift. Bruner begs his friends and Mr. Builder but it seems they do not make Bruner's wish. Meanwhile, Bruner finds his friends are going to do Mr. Builder's errand and follows them. He finally finds Max and Poke come outs of the toys store with space super ball box.

One day, when severe drought continues in Brooms town. Tracky finds there is no water remaining in the farm's water tank. This is because of no raindrops for a long time. Tracky informs the rescue team and finds that both the farm and Brooms town are suffering from drought. The rescue team asks friends in town to save water until it rains.

The lightning watch is issued on Brooms town! The rescue team decides to build a lightning rod and inspect safety once they hear that they will be heavy rain and massive lightning on Brooms town. On the other hand, JIN invents a defensive system to protect the rescue team from lightning just in case. In the afternoon, the little trio hearing the forecast from HELLY wonder the reason for lightning.

Camp arrives Brooms town harbor one day earlier than planned! Camp asks friends in the harbor not to tell the others that Camp is in Brooms town because he wants to see how much the friends in town welcome him. On that night, CAMP set a camping site in the forest very carefully so other friends do not know his presence.

Unlike his brothers, LETTY makes mistakes frequently. Like LEFFY and LACKY He wants to make BELLE happy and to be praised by her. One day, LETTY knows BELLE likes fish after he sees that BELLE is happy with Mr. Builder's present. He decides to catch fish to see BELLE's smile. However, no fish is caught no matter how much time LETTY spends.

ROY is busy when there is electricity inspection in Brooms town. On the other hand, POLI urgently requests help from ROY while he is cleaning up the falling rocks. ROY, inspecting switch boxes in the harbor, goes to help POLI. ROY gets hurt his shoulder by falling streetlamp while moving rocks. ROY does not take his injury seriously and goes to another place where he needs it to.

SPOOKY agonizes new magic because friends show the same response to his magic. Meanwhile, SPOOKY hears the transparent laser machine that JIN invented from HELLY! The machine makes anyone invisible immediately if he or she is exposed to the laser. SPOOKY smuggles himself into the rescue team headquarter and exposes himself to the laser.

One day morning, Mr. Builder asks DUMP and BRUNER to go to the harbor and bring the box filled with sandbags and nails. However, BRUNER complains that carrying is not his job even though DUMP asks him to help. In the end, DUMP carries the boxes alone. DUMP hits the hay stack and falls down to the ground while he is climbing the heel.

Whenever TRACKY comes to town, Mr. Wheeler welcomes him more than any others in town! TRACKY gives Mr. Wheeler a very rare wild berry to pay off his warm heart. The next day, TRACKY hears Mr. Wheeler is sick and staying on the bed from JIN. Moreover, Mr. Wheeler does not eat anything but only wants wild berries. TRACKY goes to find wild berry to help Mr. Wheeler. But he falls into a deep pit.
