Run The Burbs

It's the day of the Blockbuster - Rockridge's annual block party - and the Phams are busy preparing. When local bylaw officer, Barb, arrives, the Phams discover that the party is at risk of being canceled.

It's the hottest day of the year and Camille is particularly feeling it. When Andrew reveals that new neighbours have moved into the coveted pool house property, Camille makes it her mission to befriend them and hopefully use their pool to cool off.

It's the day of Andrew's favourite wrestling event and he can't wait to watch with the family. Unfortunately, none of them are very interested in participating this year.

Andrew is elated when Khia invites him to a movie but when he discovers it's a horror movie, his joy quickly fades. He begins to search for anything else they can do together instead.

When Andrew embarrasses Leo on the walk to school, he asks his dad if he can walk alone. Andrew is nervous to say yes and wants to make sure Leo is completely ready to get to school on his own.

When Andrew digs up some old clothes, he suggests he and Camille recreate their very first date. Camille loves the idea and the two pull out all the stops to relive the night minute by minute.

Andrew isn't too worried when he takes a career test and gets some odd results. When Khia gets in trouble at school, however, he begins to question what he's been doing with his time as a stay-at-home dad.

As Andrew tries to focus on school, raccoons invade the neighborhood, distracting him from homework. Camille helps him see his obsession might be more than just animals. Meanwhile, Camille is frustrated by graffiti on her favorite bench and enlists Barb's help to catch the culprit. At Bubble Bae's Pride celebration, Khia comes out to Ramesh, who struggles to understand.

It's Tet, and Andrew's parents visit, revealing they sold their business and retired, though Andrew suspects more. After spotting a strange text on his dad's phone, he wonders if Danh is hiding something from Linh. Meanwhile, Camille talks cooking with Linh, who offers to invest if Camille pitches her idea. Leo and Khia hand out spring rolls and Li Xi, while Sebastian spots a business opportunity.

When Hudson hesitates to give Zelena a key to his place, Andrew and Camille plan a Games Night to help nudge things along. But the couple isn't in sync, and Andrew's attempt to fix it backfires. Meanwhile, Ramesh, worried he's not expressive enough, takes Sebastian's advice to show Barb how he feels-only to misread the moment. At home, Khia's movie night with Mannix keeps getting interrupted.

When Andrew and Camille realize their kids think they're uncool, they try to prove otherwise by partying with Andrew's school friends-but their stamina falls short. Meanwhile, Leo helps a heartbroken Hudson process his feelings through dance. At Bubble Bae, Ramesh discovers Sebastian's backgammon talent and pushes him to enter a tournament.

Summer's almost here, and the Phams are busy! Andrew's ready to graduate and start a new job-until he learns his credits don't count. He rallies a team to plead his case. Camille plans to quit her job, but Janine won't make it easy. She and Sam plot an escape. Meanwhile, Mannix drops a bombshell, forcing Khia to make a tough choice.
