Famous designer Yoshiki Usui’s new store opens in the Juban District. Usagi and her friends head out to see the fashion show, along with Fish’s Eye, who is captivated by Usui's good looks.

Usagi spots Minako out on a date with a handsome man. She quickly gathers her friends to spread the news, when they see Minako being dropped off by her boyfriend. Much to everyone's surprise, the boyfriend is different from the one Usagi saw earlier.

An old woman named Mayako lives alone in a mansion. Mayako is distrustful of men, believing they are after her fortune. Diana and Chibi-Usa learn that Mayako is actually a kindhearted person who is just trying to protect the house full of her memories.

Reports of Pegasus attacking the town cause Usagi and the other Sailor Guardians to have doubts about whether Pegasus can be trusted or not. But the girls soon learn that it was a trap laid by Fish's Eye to lure the real Pegasus out into the open.

Usagi and her friends are enjoying their summer vacation by checking out boys at the beach. Shingo is also with them acting as their bodyguard—especially for Ami, whom he has a crush on.

Usagi and Chibi-Usa see an ad for a free ballet lesson for beginners and immediately sign up. As they clumsily practice, Fish’s Eye, who has also joined the lesson, draws the class's attention with his elegant dancing skills.

Usagi and Chibi-Usa meet a strange woman named Rubina who follows them around at the fireworks festival. Unbeknownst to the two girls, Rubina is a princess visiting from the Kingdom of Amethyst who snuck out to experience life outside of her royal duties.

Usagi and the girls are excited to attend the school festival—particularly Makoto, who hopes to meet the man of her dreams. Her wish seemingly comes true as she is asked to dance by a handsome man, who is actually Tiger's Eye in disguise.

Fish's Eye goes after his next target, Mamoru. But despite his best efforts, Mamoru seems to show no interest in being with anyone besides Usagi, causing Fish's Eye to start questioning his own existence.

Zirconia threatens the Amazon Trio that if they don’t capture Pegasus by the next new moon, the magic making them human will wear off. A depressed Fish's Eye finds himself at Usagi's home, where he stumbles on the fact that Chibi-Usa is Pegasus's host.

Usagi and her friends go to see a show at the Dead Moon Circus, which suddenly appears in Juban District, and are entertained by all the amazing tricks they see. But Momo starts acting peculiar and leaves the circus, causing Chibi-Usa to become worried.

Ami falls in love with a melody she finds online. She works on making lyrics that match the melody and also goes to meet the composer, Toshiyuki Nishino. However, upon meeting him, Ami finds herself hesitant to show him the lyrics she made.
