In Darwin, Jason swims in the Crocodile Tank and visits Litchfield National Park. He also goes heli-pubbing, savours the delicious barra burger, then catches, and cooks, black pepper mud crab. Delicious!

Jason visits Australia's oldest winery in Adelaide and has a memorable dining experience in one of Australia's top dining experiences, Restaurant Orana. For some sightseeing, he rides a bike through the sensational Barossa Valley.

In Western Australia, Jason visits vineyards, goes on a food adventure for crayfishes, truffles, and finger limes, and visits a Brazilian food in Perth city.

In Tasmania, Jason immerses himself into the natural world by visiting Cradle Mountain and Weindorfer's Forest Walk. He also experiences Hobart's café culture, and goes on the hunt for fresh seafood.

Jason catches his own lunch at Buxton trout farm, visits a stone fruit orchard, learns how to make sausages at The Green Olive, and learns secrets of cooking from top Australian chef, Guy Grossi.

In Sydney, Jason takes part in some cooking at the award-winning Marque restaurant and meets with an up-and-coming pastry chef at The Blackstar Pastry. For some fun activities, he tries grape stomping and quad biking.

Jason experiences Brisbane, a city with a beautiful Public Art Trail, and he also travels to Noosa to enjoy its Night Markets. Acclaimed chef Peter Kuruvita then teaches Jason how to cook a classic Sri Lankan dish.
