Sex & the Single Lady

After one of Petra and Tamia's infamous blowups, Petra shows up at Tamia's apartment with hopes of a sisterly reconciliation. After several attempts to call her, Petra reaches out to Tamia's best friend Ebony, a New York City Police officer. Once Ebony arrives and cuts through all the chaos, she finds that Tamia has been savagely beaten.

Expecting everything to go back to business as usual, Jeffrey begins making weekend plans with Petra but she's not having it! She walks out of the apartment and runs into Black Rob, the sex partner that Jeffrey brought in for the threesome. Petra and Black Rob exchange pleasantries. Despite her reservations, they eventually end up in a hot, torrid sexual relationship.

Petra ambushes Tamia at her apartment to discuss the previous nights blow up and Tamia finally breaks down and tries to explain that her reckless behavior stems from never feeling loved by their mother. The sisters finally have a breakthrough in their relationship and form a pact to work on a project together that they think would make their deceased mom proud.

After a brief conversation with Ebony, Tamia must face the fact that she was a victim of date rape. She makes the decision not to share the information with Petra. Tamia plans to pull out all the stops to find a way to finance the project. She plans a business meeting with a potential "investor" which doesn't go quite as planned when she realizes that Cooper has plans of his own.

Petra hires a new intern/assistant Lori Hayes which looks like a very promising hire. Lori, on the other hand begrudgingly accepts the position but quickly has a better "come up" plan that she puts into action. Kai and Chad are taking their new - found relationship slowly, Rashid refuses to give up his pursuit of Tamia; but his dark secrets surface just in time to sabotage his efforts.

Black Rob's feelings for Petra become more sinister. The pressure is starting to wear Petra down as she must clean up another "Tamia screw up". Jeffrey is finally taking responsibility for dirty deeds; but it may be too much, too little, too late. E The girls are starting to get suspicious about her lengthy vacation but she's always ready with a quick response.

Tamia and Cooper decide to make a deal for him to invest in her project, only for her to discover that he may not be as financially able as she thought. Jeffrey is backed into a corner with Tamia's threats. Kai and Vance are trying to move forward with their relationship. All the players have something to lose as Tamia sits in the center of it all!
