Shahanpan Dega Deva is based on the five mad men who have accidentally escaped the mental asylum and explore they end up exploring the city. They soon realise that their world has no difference with the one in the city. However, they get to know about the attack on their guardian Dr. Subodh and the conspiracy hatched to destroy the city. Will the five be able to save Dr. Subodh and the city?
