Karan (Govinda) is head over heels in love with Divya (Divya Bharti), an NCC cadet and she with him. Enter Bali, who wants Divya for himself and will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Adding to their woes is Kali, Bali's gangster big brother and Divya's Police Commissioner father. Ensuing thereon is a series of events, which tests Karan's and Divya's relationship.
