All your favorite dermatologists are back and there's also a new member of the team: Dr. Toby Nelson. In this episode, Dr. Dev tackles a giant lipoma which he admits is probably the biggest he's ever operated on.

Dr. Toby has to dodge an exploding cyst while Dr. Adil tackles a lump on a lady's forehead. Dr. Dev arm-wrestles a large lipoma lying close to a man's bicep - but size isn't everything.
