In 1990, a little known rap group called Spanish F.L.Y. captured lightning in a bottle with their hit song "Soy 18 With A Bullet", selling over 100k copies and making them an instant classic and a loud voice in Chicano culture. But before they could capitalize on their newfound success, everything fell apart, in this tale about the rise of Chicano rap and the fall of the group that started it all.
