Stéphane Kerecki "French Touch" - Like A Jazz Machine
Stéphane Kerecki is a project leader as much as double bassist. Far from petty stylistic quarrels, he puts the repertoire into an acoustic context (with few tricks except for some effects with a Fender Rhodes), where the breathing and expressiveness are purely jazz. The bluish light that surrounds the stage fits well with this music of melancholic climates and sci-fi atmospheres.
