Off the southern edge of Japan lies the Southern Cross Island. In the evening, Wako Agemaki, a resident of the island, finds a boy washed up on the shore. His name is Takuto Tsunashi.

The day after Takuto comes across the Kiraboshi Order of the Cross, Sugata invites him to "Night Flight," a production by the high school's Drama Club.

Short on funds, Takuto accepts a part-time job on the luxury liner owned by Kanako Watanabe, a high school student married to a world-famous millionaire.

Wako awakens to discover that she's all alone. She makes her way to the beach, where she finds Takuto, the only other person in this world. Wako eventually begins to open up to Takuto about the reason why she can never leave the island.

A mysterious young girl named Hina shows up at Southern Cross Academy, a mysterious fragrance constantly emanating from her body. The members of "Night Flight" discover the link between Hina's true identity and a series of recent earthquakes.

Takuto's pocket watch is broken, so Wako takes him into the city, inviting Sugata along as well. But Sugata isn't his usual self since it is actually Sugata's birthday. While in the city, Wako tells Takuto why Sugata hates his own birthday.

It is the day after Sugata apprivoises with the King's Cybody, Samekh. Wako skips school and begins offering prayers early in the morning. Meanwhile, the appearance of the King's Pillar stuns the members of the Kiraboshi Kiraboshi Order of Cross.

It is the morning after Sugata awakens.Having succeeded in kissing Sugata the night before, Scarlet Kiss is scheming to claim Sugata as her own on the power of her first phase.

Takuto meets Mizuno Yoh, a girl who talks to birds and teaches others magical spells. Head suddenly goes on a so-called sabbatical. A girl named Manticore takes his place. She turns out to be the Star Driver of the Cybody Ayingot.

It is Sports Day at Southern Cross Academy High School. Takuto and the rest of Class 1 face off against Mizuno and Class 2 in the baseball tournament. During the game, Takuto meets Mizuno's twin sister, Marino.

Simone hears a rumor that Kanako is actually using the Cybodies for her own personal gain. In her quest to topple Kanako, Simone offers the use of her own Cybody, Daletos, to Takashi, and goes into battle against Takuto.

With Simone's defeat, the Fourth Brigade of the Kiraboshi Kiraboshi Order of Cross, Otona Bank, finds itself with its back against the wall. Otona Bank's leader, President, decides to defeat Takuto with her own hands.

Benio suddenly shows up at Sugata's house, requesting a kendo training session. Sugata suggests that she take on Takuto in his place, but Takuto is baffled by Benio's unpredictable moves, and loses the match. Benio seems obsessed with Sugata.

The Kiraboshi has discovered how to restore Cybodies. They waste no time in restoring Ayingott, in order to locate the Western Shrine Maiden.

After receiving one piece of bad news after another, Mizuno decides to leave the island and head to mainland for the first time in her life.

Abandoning her plans to run away, Mizuno returns home, only to find that Marino has vanished.

Takuto, Wako and the others are at the beach one day, when two somewhat strange girls, Madoka Kei and Kou Atari, appear.

While living at Sugata's house after a fiery accident, Takuto finds a photo of Kate as a child, and finds himself looking at her in a different light.

The trio enjoys some quality time together for Wako’s birthday, but when they arrive at the karaoke parlor, both boys are struck by a sudden change.

On a day when a rainbow is visible in the skies over Southern Cross Island, Ryosuke pauses to remember his past with Head and Sora.

The Kiraboshi Order of Cross has perfected a new device through which the Cybodies can be propelled into a more advanced stage than 3rd Phase.

Night Flight performs a play called On the Eve of the Legend, where the lead character’s fate takes a tragic turn.

Sugata suddenly challenges Takuto to a match, with Wako at stake, then invites Wako on a date in front of Takuto.

Kate secretly meets up with Sugata and tells him why she joined the Kiraboshi Order of Cross, despite being one of the Shrine Maidens.
