Supah Ninjas!

Ninjas learns that Conner is trying to get the Floating Sword after he tries to infiltrate the Dojo. They get into a fight and the ninjas win. They put Connor in one of the boxes to Madagascar.

Amanda develops a crush on Flint. Forster Owen misinterprets Amanda's behaviour and Flint escapes and leaves Amanda with his necklace.

After a picture of Owen as a ninja comes out, a boy named Leroy Fly claims he is the ninja. The Ninja's eventually battle and defeat Leroy. After that, everyone finds out that Leroy is not a ninja.

When Mike is grounded after his father catches him sneaking out, he has to find a way to help Owen and Amanda stop the Ishina and Kagema Fukanaga from finding the dojo.

Amanda and Mike pair up together in the science fair; Owen gets stuck with Quinton as his science fair partner. Quinton does all the work.

Amanda's rival cheerleader Kylie Coors gets released from juvenile prison and visits Benjamin Rush. Owen and Mike go undercover as cheerleaders to find out what she's up to.

The Ishina strike back to try and steal the floating sword. In the end Grandpa is disabled and Yamato and the dojo are destroyed. The ninjas bring in Quinton and expose their identities to him.

Flint Forster returns and discovers Amanda's real identity. Mike must rescue Flint and Amanda after they are taken hostage.

The Ninjas brings in Kid Q to fix him and brings back Hologram. Kid Q overstays his welcome and then lets the Ninjas' old nemesis Two Ton Harley out of prison.

Owen pursues his crush on Paloma Peru, but gets captured by a girl who likes him. Mike and Amanda bond while filming an audition tape for a game show.

The Ninjas investigate Mayhem, a social media star who organizes flash mobs. Owen is getting closer to Paloma, but Mike and Amanda have concerns since she is investigating the Ninjas.

Flint leaves the dance and goes to save the warehouse. Meanwhile Chop Shop attacks Flint but Amanda saves Flint. Later, Chop Shop abducts Amanda just to bring Flint back but Flint, Mike and Owen save Amanda from Chop Shop.

Two Ton Harley is accidentally released by Kid Q and the Supah Ninjas have to team up and help the police contain the giant.
