Professional surfer Ēwe Wong is back on the Challenger Series, chasing the world title. Without her Hawaii crew by her side, she forms new bonds with fierce competitors as they travel across six cities. Each wave pushes them to the limit—mentally and physically. It’s the US Open, the biggest event on the Challenger Series and after injuring her back in Ballito, Sophia gets her first taste of victory and advances to the finals. Ēwe, gets some great advice from an old friend, while Kika connects with her father in California. Jessie wants to take her training to the next level, while Sol’s disappointing loss in the Olympics affects her surfing.

The girls arrive in Portugal to face Ericeira's powerful waves. Ēwe’s family arrives for this competition, while financial setbacks leave Jessie flying solo.
