In 2015, Jack Anderson was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Anderson strives to encourage others around him to 'always chase what you want.' He does this by putting himself through a gruelling 200 kg squat followed by a full Ironman Triathlon. For a diabetic with very little training that seems impossible, but for Anderson this undertaking is only the beginning.
