Kirsten and Amy set up Scotland's largest influencer agency two years ago. They grew quickly and are on the precipice of the next big step in their careers and their lives. They are organising a huge event in Glasgow, designed to bring together the agency's biggest clients and influencers in a celebration of beauty and fashion. It's imperative they sell all the tickets they have to the event.

The day of the big event is drawing closer and the agency still haven't been able to sell all the tickets. The pressure is on so that the sponsors and clients that are paying to be there won't be disappointed. Now in full panic mode, Kirsten and Amy pull out all the stops to get as many people to the event as possible.

After the big event, everyone is back in the office. They had some positives from doing the event and managed to sign a new influencer - Carla. However, one of the main sponsors of the event went into liquidation, leaving the agency without the money they owe them. An expensive lesson learned, now they need to take 50% of the payment upfront when doing events.

After losing their biggest sponsor for the influencer trip to Ibiza, Amy and Hannah have been desperately trying to secure another sponsor. Fortunately, they managed to get a fourth sponsor in the form of a Scottish clothing brand. They are so relieved to have the sponsorship money for the trip back to the levels that they wanted and are now organising personalised suitcases for the influencers.

After months of challenges for Jess and Charlotte to see who is better suited for taking on the role of Kirsten's maternity cover, the winner is finally revealed. Kirsten and Amy explain how difficult it was to make the decision and reveal the big winner for the position.

The Ibiza trip is in full swing with Amy organising events every day to promote one of their sponsors. The trip has been completely funded by the sponsors so it is important to the agency that the influencers do a good job of promoting their products.
