The Anomalyst: Elliptica

During routine interrogations, Detective Umbrago stumbles upon six striking women with foreign accents, all different but with a similar story: they entered Los Angeles through an abandoned house in the desert.

As more suspicious women begin to appear then disappear after interrogations, Detective Umbrago begins to narrow in on two suspects he intends to follow to their unknown origin.

After losing one suspect (Dimitra) into a sought-after portal, Detective Umbrago decides to help another suspect (Jordana) find another one in a California desert.

After jumping through the portal, Umbrago finds himself in Amman, Jordan, where an exuberant local (Abir) guides him to meet "the man." Meanwhile lost in the desert, Clark comes upon his double, a nearly identical version of himself produced by The Split.

Enter the lair of the Russian kingpin Strolovich, who runs his dark organization with the help of a few key attachés operating around the globe. The captured Clarabella struggles to find her way out forever.

After Roderick II tells his double (Officer Clark) about the The Split, he must face the demon in the snow. Having braved the portal journey through the Middle Eastern desert, Umbrago finally comes face to face with Strolovich, the Russian kingpin.

Once Dimitra helps him escape captivity, Umbrago seeks to rescue someone else he hasn't forgotten. Together they will tumble through a labyrinth of portals before the final confrontation.

The transformed Roderick II wanders the Middle Eastern deserts in an attempt to embed himself into Arabic culture. Having raced through a series of portals, Umbrago helps Jordana finally face her captor.
