Police Detectives Chris Loudon and JD Arnold, along with Det. Sgt. Mark Lutz reopen a cold case from 1976 where 16-year old Pam Maurer was kidnapped, raped and murdered and then her body was dumped in a snow bank. The case remained unsolved until it was reopened in 2019. Can this team of relentless investigators do what other detectives failed to do?

The investigation continues and Det. Loudon and his team not only identify a suspect, they begin to suspect he may be responsible for much, much more.
