Dirk Longstreet is back, and he's madder than ever. Longstreet (Olivier Gruner), a college professor who is a retired martial arts champion, is called into service when his girlfriend, the ambitious reporter Nicole Kent (Gail Harris), is caught by the guards of a corrupt prison as she captures on video the kickboxing-to-the-death contests staged for the amusement of the prisoners.
