The Cleaning Lady

Witnessing a mob-related murder, single mother Rosa is forced at gunpoint into clearing up the crime scene. Her spotless work gets her noticed by the criminal family responsible for the killing.

The body of the murdered boxing manager is found and detectives Sandro and Gutiérrez are called in to investigate. The evidence leads them to the boxing club, and to their first encounter with Rosa.

While Rosa’s son’s health rapidly deteriorates, Sandro and Gutiérrez locate another murder victim, finding a potentially incriminating weapon at the scene.

As Rosa performs an inexplicable task, the detectives find another dead body at the zoo. While all indications point to suicide, Detective Sandro is unconvinced the man has been framed for the previous murder.

As Rosa’s special cleaning duties now involve her in the world of illegal drugs, Detective Sandro is suspended from the murder investigation.

As Felipe’s condition deteriorates, Rosa devotes herself fully to her criminal activities in order to save money and take him to the US for a cure. In another part of town, her friend María attends a casting call and mysteriously disappears.

While suspended Detective Sandro uncovers more clues to the missing girls case, Detective Gutiérrez begins to follow his colleague’s investigation hypothesis.

A suspect for the murders has been arrested. However, Sandro believes the police chief is hiding something. His suspicions are confirmed when there is another murder, and the cleaning-up procedure matches that of the previous killings.

With her son’s condition rapidly deteriorating, Rosa is now being followed by Detective Gutiérrez. Going to meet Emilio for dinner, she is abducted and forced into a waiting car…

As the detectives begin to uncover the truth, Rosa, with her son now in hospital, tells Sandro about María’s disappearance and realizes she was complicit in cleaning up the crime scene of her best friend’s murder.

When Emilio is arrested, Rosa confesses all to Sandro. Seeing this as an opportunity to bring down the crime syndicate, Sandro convinces Rosa to gather evidence on her employer’s illegal activities.

Having agreed to help Sandro bring down the crime family, Rosa is once again kidnapped and taken to a gang hide-out. Managing to escape, she flags down a passing police car…

Felipe undergoes an emergency bone marrow transplant operation. Meanwhile, after a violent shootout, detectives Sandro and Gutiérrez manage to rescue Rosa and the other kidnapped girls.
