Maria Cruz, a demon-possessed killer controlling a zombie army, is on a killing rampage. The Demon Hunter, Reno Pena, is called in to deal with the situation, but not soon enough. The demon-possessed Maria and her zombie forces up the pressure, taking some college students hostage and threatening a bloodbath. Now Reno must choose between the job that defines him and the woman he still loves.
