The dope game is thriving in the G even while Brother Bill is missing. But is he missing or hiding? John Battle is dabbling on both sides of the fence as a City Councilman and part-time hustler. Agent Smith is dealing with baby-mama. Bernard is cleaning drug money through concert promotions at The Loft; where Det. Williams' wife is enjoying herself a little too much.

Councilman John "John-John" Battle continues to navigate his way through the "G" straddling both sides of the fence. He intensifies his extortion racket while portraying himself as a politician for the people in the media. Little does John-John know that Officer Smiley's detective detail is watching the Councilman's every move.

The "G" is impacted by its own social unrest due to a member of Det. Smiley's detail committing an officer involved shooting. The citizens of the "G" want answers that the Police Chief and Councilman Battles try to provide. Councilman Battles is shaking hands, kissing babies by day, and meeting with rival street organizations by night.
