Theo, known as "The Gentleman," is a former American soldier whose lonely and miserable existence unfolds between memories of a better past with his deceased wife and his usual Thursday appointment with Olga, a prostitute he pays to talk to, remembering who he once was and dreaming of what could have been. When Olga is murdered, he seeks brutal revenge.
