Famed British art critic Waldemar Januszczak explores the revolutionary achievements of the Impressionist painters: Monet, Cezanne, Matisse, Degas, Renoir and others. He journeys from the West Indies to Paris and South London, where many artists of the 19th century drew inspiration. Waldemar describes the technical innovations and radical new points of view that sparked the Impressionist movement.
