Far from a figment of imagination, the world seen in CS Lewis' The Chronicles of Narnia exists in Northern Ireland's nature and monuments. While tracing the author's life, the film shows how deeply the place inspired him and is kept alive in Narnia. With characters like Aslan and places like Cair Paravel being modelled on the region's sites, Lewis makes us wonder if reality can be fantastical too.
