When Dave Johnson, a friendly guy from the Midwest, moves his family to a Los Angeles neighborhood next door to Calvin Butler, he's concerned the Johnsons will disrupt the culture on the block and doesn't appreciate Dave's extreme neighborliness.

When a water pipe bursts at the Johnsons' home, Calvin reluctantly agrees to help Dave repair the damage. Also, Gemma discovers a surprising secret about her new neighbor.
