Chloe receives an unexpected offer. Meanwhile, a television program uncovers a new lead in the abduction case of Adele and her twin sister Camille, causing the case to be reopened.

Chloe must make one of the most difficult decisions of her life. Adele struggles to reconnect with Camille after more than a decade of separation and trauma.

While the team struggles with Chloe’s replacement, an over-confident criminologist with little actual experience and even less tact, it falls to Adele to unravel the disappearance of a young girl. Could the answer lie 30 years in the past?

Adele’s true first investigation involves a killer in a horrible mask, popularized by a viral advertising campaign. The mask has been used in recent violent attacks, and then team will have to put on their best costumes to hunt the clown.

A medium comes forward to report a body--an unknown man lying in water, surrounded by tulips. With no more details, the team is quick to dismiss him. But when a man is found dead in a bath with tulips, they’re forced to take a closer look.

The team discovers the body of a homeless man, who died after writing three letters in the dirt. Their investigation takes an unexpected turn when a king cobra is found in the victim’s car. Is the man’s death tied to an Egyptian queen?

With Adele trapped in the hospital in her place, Camille plots to destroy her sister’s life. Meanwhile, the team is investigating the violent murder of a lawyer, and the case takes a personal turn for Rocher.

Having escaped from the psychiatric hospital, Adele must face the damage Camille has done. With the entire team on the verge of falling apart, Adele decides to focus instead on what is turning children into murderers.
