Martin Freeman reprises his International Emmy-winning role as as Chris Carson, a crisis-stricken response officer on the beat in Liverpool who is desperate to rebuild his life and avoid the corruption that nearly took him under. Meanwhile, his partner Rachel is also looking for meaning but can’t seem to find it. If they are to survive, they will need each other more than ever.
