Thought long dead, Camille and Simon mysteriously reappear at their homes, shocking their loved ones. And Julie receives a visit from a strange little boy.

Adèle attempts to come to terms with Simon’s return, while Camille struggles to restart her old life. Camille meets Pierre, an odd figure who predicted the Return.

Life in town is becoming more disturbing. Camille invents a new identity, Lena is horrified by a mysterious physical affliction, and Julie faces an old trauma.

Lena’s health turns for the worse, and she believes Alice may be responsible. Adèle and Simon rekindle their romance, and Julie comes to a decision about Victor.

Coming out into the open, Camille and Simon both find themselves abruptly rejected. Victor searches for his murderer, and a helpless Lena is found by an elusive figure.

A massive electrical outage creates unease as Camille and Lucy find new roles within the town. Julie meets with an old friend, and Lena grows closer to her rescuer.

As the atmosphere in town grows more hostile, Camille is accused of hurting people around her, Simon investigates his own death, and Julie struggles to leave town.

Tensions are high as a new wave of the Returned arrive. With the townspeople in fear and the stakes higher than ever, everyone will have to choose sides.
