An overdose of a drug designed to help regenerate his missing arm has transformed Dr Curt Connors into the crazed reptile known as the Lizard. Martha, Eddie, Gwen and Peter all look for a cure, but it's the spectacular Spider-Man who will have to administer it.

The Big Man's lieutenant, Hammerhead, has ordered Montana, the only surviving member of the Enforcers, to steal a high-tech suit. Using it to transform Montana into the vibrating villain known as the Shocker, Hammerhead then unleashes him on Spider-Man.

As the Big Man and Norman Osborn order Otto Octavius to transform Flint Marko into the Sandman, Harry shows up with a celebrity guest, Johnny Storm, alias the Human Torch at Flash Thompson's birthday party. Johnny is the life of the party.

Empowered by the Big Man and OzCorp, the Rhino, a thug with a grudge against Spider-Man, attacks the offices of the Daily Bugle. The assault endangers Aunt May and Jonah's twenty-year-old secretary, Betty Brant, who has reluctantly agreed to go to Midtown High's Fall Formal with sixteen-year-old Peter.

It's time for the Fall Formal and upstaged by Peter's arrival with Mary Jane, Harry takes off in a huff. At OzCorp, Norman Osborn is burning the midnight oil when, in the wake of an explosion, a mysterious masked figure, the Green Goblin, emerges to steal the "Goblin Glider".

Unaware that the Green Goblin is sabotaging the procedure, Dr Otto Octavius is conducting another experiment with mechanical arms wirelessly linked to a chip installed in his brain.

Not long after resurfacing for a final confrontation with spectacular Spider-Man, the Green Goblin is defeated and sent running for cover. Tracking him back to Harry's house, Spidey watches the Goblin struggling to take off his garb and realises that it's actually Harry.

Before the Black Cat or the Chameleon can steal it, an alien Symbiote in Dr Connors' lab attaches itself to Spider-Man. Disguised as Spidey, the Chameleon embarks on a crime spree that only Spidey and the Black Cat can stop.

When the Sinister Six escape from prison with plans to take down the spectacular Spider-Man, they nearly succeed. But when Peter wakes up with no memory of the battle, it's clear that it wasn't him, but the Symbiote who took down the Six. Upon escaping from the prison on Riker's Island, Dr Octopus joins the Vulture, Sandman, Rhino, Electro and Shocker and, as the Sinister Six.

As he struggles with the Symbiote, the spectacular Spider-Man's origins are revealed. But when Spidey wins and returns the Symbiote to Connors' lab, an embittered Eddie Brock is drawn to it. The black-suited Spider-Man invades Wilson Fisk's penthouse where he ruthlessly takes down the kingpin's thugs.

Peter is in a celebratory mood as Aunt May is discharged from the hospital, but Eddie Brock, transformed into the vicious Venom by the alien symbiote, has no intention of letting them have a happy reunion. Can Spider-Man defeat his new arch-nemesis?

It's early December and the first snowfall of the winter. Peter Parker has a long "to-do" list - starting with talking to Gwen Stacy about their surprise first kiss. But before he gets the chance, Spider-Man has a run-in with the sorcerer Mysterio, who is working for a criminal mastermind known as the Master Planner.

Both Gwen Stacy and Liz Allan like Peter Parker. This has made things complicated for Peter. Meanwhile, Kraven the Hunter has come to New York to make Spider-Man his prey, a hunt that will lead him to cross paths with Miles Warren and the Master Planner.

As Christmas approaches, the Sinister Six reconstitutes under the Master Planner with Sandman, Rhino, Vulture, Electro, and new members Mysterio and Kraven. All they want for Christmas is Spider-Man destroyed. Meanwhile, Peter Parker finds his wandering eye preventing him from being with Gwen Stacy. He'll have to learn to focus if he wants to get the girl and if he wants to stay alive.

It's New Year's Eve, and the Master Planner and his henchmen are planning to take over the world. A highly motivated Spider-Man takes the fight to the Planner's secret lair, but once he gets there, can he survive? Watch to find out, on Voot!
