Successful oncologist Dr Michael Reynolds is taken hostage by one of his patients, a sixteen year-old half-Navajo boy called Brandon ‘Blue’ Monroe. Doctor and patient embark on a spiritual journey as the terminally ill youth is determined to find a mystical Navajo healing lake in the Arizona desert.
